Experience our white hot chocolate powder. It's a delicious White Vanilla Hot Chocolate that is similar to our Kakao Hot Chocolate.
So what is white hot chocolate? It is a wonderful variation on the traditional cocoa containing hot chocolate drinks that you may be used to getting from your coffee machine or kitchen late at night before going to bed. In fact many people don’t realise that white chocolate is actually, chocolate!
White chocolate was first created in 1936 in Europe by Nestle, and Hershey started to mass market their White Kisses in the early 1990s.
To be considered “white chocolate” it must be (by weight) at least 20% cocoa butter, 14% total milk solids, and 3.5% milk fat and it cannot have more than 55% sugar or other sweeteners.
Besides our white chocolate powder, we offer a range of latte powders to give you a choice of different flavours. Try our Chai tea latte powder or our Caramel latte powder in your coffee machine in place of hot chocolate powder for a change. These are medium sweetness powders formulated in the USA and imported into South Africa.
